Production Time

All products are handmade and made to order.
Orders will ship in approximately 3-4 weeks. We will contact you when your order is ready for shipment.

Local Shipping

For shipping addresses in Hong Kong, free shipping will be provided using SF Express standard delivery for each order over HKD600.
Delivery times will be within 3 business days.

International Shipping

For all international orders, we use DHL as our shipping carrier.
The shipping fee for international orders will vary depending on the destination country. Fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
Customers may also be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or duties levied by the destination country’s government.
Typical delivery times for DHL international shipping range from 2-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Return & Exchange

Kindly note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for all orders once placed. All products will be inspected before delivery. Please feel free to contact us if there is any problem.
